The majority of our jewellery is made of stainless steel that is gold or silver plated and is lead, nickel and cadmium free!

However, please make sure you read our product descriptions and specifications carefully for your own safety. We do not accept refunds or returns for hygiene reasons.

We are proud to provide quality jewellery at affordable prices however, please aim to follow our maintenance advice to help your jewellery last as long as possible and maintain to its best standard.

Maintenance:

- Keep away from liquids such as water, perfume, lotions, cleaning products etc.

- Take off when sleeping

- Clean with a soft cloth

- Avoid friction

- If allergy exists, please stop wearing

Please be aware that Gold or Silver plated jewellery items will tarnish over time, especially if you shower or immerse the item under water for long periods of time as this can cause the gold or silver plating layer to completely wear off.

All of our items are packed onto a display card & sealed with a plastic cover. They are then placed in a branded jewellery pouch and come with a polishing cloth, meaning all orders are ready to gift.

We do not offer gift box options.

No. Please be aware for hygiene reasons, all of our items are non-refundable and we do not accept exchanges or returns or refunds.

Once you place an order, we are unable to cancel, exchange or refund your order. This is because we begin processing & packing your order right away and it is impossible for us to cancel the shipment once the parcel is in Royal Mail’s hands!

Therefore, we kindly ask you to not place orders unless you are 100% certain you want the items!
